What You’ll Do

Develop an XP&A model within OneStream to support the strategic goals of the Global Finance Transformation initiative.
Define key dimensions, operational metrics, and indicators to enhance forecasting accuracy and decision-making.
Assess the need for multiple scenario analyses, considering various risks and conditions to provide stakeholders with data-driven insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, understand business variability, and ensure alignment with forecasting models.
Create clear, concise financial forecasts and reports for senior management, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Develop a multi-generational project plan to continuously refine forecasting methodologies, improving efficiency and accuracy over time.

What You’ll Bring

Financial Acumen & Caterpillar Methodology: Strong understanding of financial principles, modeling techniques, and a willingness to develop expertise in Caterpillar’s accountable reporting methods.
Data Analysis Expertise: Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools to drive informed decision-making.
