Workday Payroll Specialist – $90,000 + 10% Bonus
We are partnered with a global organization who have recently acquired a business and seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team as they continue to grow.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll processes across all business units in the U.S. using Workday
- You will be the primary point of contact for Payroll Tax related topics, including liaising with the 3rd part tax support (ADP)
- Performing detailed jurisdictional reconciliations for internal and external audits
- Getting involved with the settlements, discrepancies, and auditing
- Identifies drivers for abnormalities, then researches, analyzes, and documents their work proposing corrective actions
Requirements
- You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience processing Payroll in Workday
- Additional experience with ADP Smart Compliance is preferable
- Must have an understanding of state, federal, and local employment laws
- You must be willing to travel on site 3 days per week
