Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential donors via outbound calls to raise funds.
- Clearly communicate the mission and impact of the charity.
- Achieve a minimum of 15 sign-ups per week to maximize earnings.
- Maintain accurate donor records and input information into the system.
- Participate in virtual training sessions via Zoom.
Requirements
- Recent outbound telesales or fundraising experience.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- A reliable Windows computer with a USB headset and microphone.
- A stable broadband connection (minimum 8 Mbps upload, 25 Mbps download).
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Salary & Benefits
- Base pay of £11.55 per hour, increasing to £12.50 per hour with consistent performance.
- Extra £2 per hour for hitting 15 sign-ups per week.
- £17.50 per additional sign-up beyond the target.
- Fully remote role with flexible scheduling.
- Paid training sessions (initial 14 hours held back until 120 service hours are completed).
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 12:00 – 20:00 (8-hour shifts, 7 hours paid).
- One Saturday shift (10:30 – 18:30) per month, with a weekday off in return.
