As a 10 month FTC Warehouse Team Leader based in Marston Gate, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the shift day to day, with responsibility for a team of around 15 people.
- Being a role model by leading by example and prioritising load departure times so our drivers departure times are adhered to at all times.
- Ensuring H&S compliance is maintained at all times.
- Responsible for the holiday, sickness, reviews, investigations etc
