A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • To ensure operational KPI’s are met and exceeded
  • Training colleagues on specific processes and tasks so that they are fully aware of standards and best practices
  • Monitoring performance of team members and delivering reviews.
  • To reconcile stock levels within the Warehouse against delivery and pick of each item
  • Lead, motivate and encourage team members to consistently produce maximum levels of performance.
  • Manage the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to offenders
  • Monitoring and reporting any security concerns to Security Manager (DHL/HMPS)
  • Compliance to all work instructions
  • Working in compliance to HMP rules and regulations
