As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Marston Gate, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the day to day, with around 15 people per shift
- Responsible for the holiday, sickness, reviews, investigations etc
- Maintaining health and safety
- And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Ideally leadership, supervisory experience where you have managed people
- A team player
- MHE and/or counterbalance is preferred but not essential
