Job Overview
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the branch. Leading a team of General Assistants, you will drive high performance and uphold exceptional standards to help the branch achieve its operational goals. Your efforts will contribute directly to delivering our Customer Promise and maintaining excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations, resource management, and customer service.
- Lead and manage the General Assistant team, ensuring high performance.
- Maintain Health & Safety compliance across all warehouse areas.
- Monitor and achieve key business metrics and KPIs in line with company objectives.
- Ensure the branch remains fully compliant with business standards.
- Coach, develop, and mentor team members to build future capabilities.
- Conduct regular colleague reviews to enhance engagement and career development.
- Work alongside the Operations Manager to establish a strong succession plan.
- Manage recruitment processes, attracting and securing top talent.
- Deliver daily briefings to align the team with key objectives and expectations.
Working Hours:
- Average 44 hours per week
- Monday to Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 8 AM – 4 PM
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Experience leading a warehouse operations team with a customer-first approach.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and team management.
- Knowledge of P&L, stock booking (in & out), and inventory control.
- Ability to identify and resolve Health & Safety concerns effectively.
- Proven experience in mentoring and developing colleagues to help them succeed.
