The Opportunity
Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in warehouse operations? As a Vendor Compliance Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that inbound and outbound freight aligns with Capstone’s quality and safety standards. You’ll become a subject matter expert in our Vendor Compliance Program and serve as the primary point of contact for partners regarding compliance-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit inbound and outbound pallets to verify compliance with quality, safety, and inventory standards.
- Document and address any violations using a tablet, including capturing high-quality photos and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support compliance tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with site leadership to identify and resolve compliance issues while supporting warehouse operations.
- Maintain sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with warehouse environments, including inventory management, safety procedures, and quality control processes.
- Clerical or administrative experience is a plus.
- Background in warehouse sanitation or similar roles is beneficial.
- Strong technical skills to efficiently use tablets, capture clear images, and document processes accurately.
