· Earn PTO starting the first day of employment! Up to 20 hours in first month ! And a total of 240 hours (Equivalent to 6 Weeks) your first year!
· Entry level position starts at $17/hr. Experienced candidates qualify for higher pay rate!
· You can make $20/hr. in as little as a year with our accelerated programs.
· Up to 5% pay increase every year!

· We pay you for your lunch break!! 1/HR (this is our PTO)

· Our company does not micro manage. Once you are trained we have managers on standby to assist you so you can enjoy your work place environment
· We carry all of the state of the art equipment. Pallet wrap machines, processing stations, our own in-house software and mobile apps, always replacing equipment with the newest available in the market
· Team Player is a must
· Must be able to adapt to ever changing environment and protocols
· Able to communicate your personal time off request in a timely fashion
· We encourage you to offer new and innovative ideas to streamline labor costs
· Processing orders in UPS WorldShip/Fedex Portals
· Do a wide range of warehouse functions; labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed product to various locations utilizing a Forklift, etc.
· Perform Inventory monthly
· Communicate on multiple platforms Ex: Emails, Slack App
· Able to read and explain a Bill Of Lading
· Ability to read and understand the English language to compare and read product descriptions, names and shelf labels within the DC.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
· Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
· Able to work the shift hours plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
· Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
· Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
· Ability to stand for long periods of time
· Able to perform warehouse instructions while processing orders specific to the customers needs
· Clean warehouse daily
· Work in elevated positions on a reach truck
· Able to read pallet info from a distance up to 20ft
· Process info on company mobile app
· Read and respond to emails professionally
· Understands term Ti/Hi and can place boxes on pallet according to Ti/Hi requirements
