Responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress
- Provide a warm and personalized welcome to guests
- Take accurate customer orders and serve food and beverages
- Stay informed about menu offerings and make tailored recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food and beverage facilities
- Process payments and balance transactions
- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through upselling
- Foster teamwork and collaboration with other departments
What We Need From You
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in a 5-star luxury setting
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
- Knowledge of Oracle MICROS is highly valued
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and public holidays
