The View CiC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Volunteer Manager to join our team. This is a voluntary role requiring 12-15 hours per week. As a Volunteer Manager, you will oversee the screening and onboarding of volunteers, manage task scheduling, provide supervision, and ensure all team members are well-versed in The View’s policies.
Your responsibilities will include conducting simple induction sessions, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maintaining effective communication using platforms like Slack, Gmail, Outlook, and Google Drive.
We are seeking an experienced leader with motivational coaching skills to help build a resilient and committed volunteer team. This role is ideal for a self-starter working from home who can take the initiative to support The View’s mission.

Key Responsibilities of the Volunteer Manager
- Screen and onboard new volunteers, ensuring they understand The View’s mission and policies.
