- Stay up-to-date on tourism industry changes and travel restrictions.
- Book all travel needs (flights, car rentals, hotels, cruises, event tickets, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with clients before and after travel.
- Respond promptly to travel inquiries.
- Handle any issues that arise during booking or travel.
