Responsibilities
- Manage schedules and coordinate team meetings and appointments
- Respond to emails and assist with communication between team members and clients
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for team members
- Conduct research and compile relevant information for projects
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Provide general administrative support to enhance team productivity
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and online tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- Familiarity with social media and online platforms is a plus, but not mandatory
