What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and pitch creative video concepts that align with the brand’s health and wellness messaging and overall goals.
- Write and direct video ads focused on driving product sales, leveraging a data-driven, test-and-learn approach.
- Brainstorm and craft fresh, innovative ad concepts and scripts to engage audiences.
- Direct actors and celebrity brand partners, ensuring authentic and persuasive performances; conduct interviews to capture compelling soundbites.
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos that captivate viewers and drive revenue.
- Oversee the entire production cycle, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
- Ensure all content is optimized for various platforms, adhering to industry best practices.
- Manage deadlines and workflows, ensuring timely content delivery.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (required) in Film Production or related fields (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in video writing/production.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (required).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- 5-7 years of experience directing, producing, editing, and writing UGC creatives.
- Prior experience editing videos for health, wellness, pet, or beauty brands (preferred).
- Proficient with OS X, Google Apps.
- Expertise in color grading, multicam editing, and basic audio mixing.
- Familiarity with production protocols and talent management.
- Proven ability to develop creative video concepts from ideation to final production.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, working collaboratively with writers, brand managers, and production teams.
- Background in journalism or sales (preferred).
