The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and high-quality customer service through various key tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate audits of customer fixtures using the HHT to assess availability, and process returned stock with precision through credit notes. Provide merchandising services as required.
- Serve customers in accordance with their service agreements, nurturing relationships, building rapport, and establishing trust while handling customer inquiries in a professional and informed manner.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized vehicle, ensuring it is driven safely and courteously, reflecting the company’s commitment to quality.
- Operate the company vehicle in a cost-effective manner to minimize expenses.
- Use the company’s HHT and other IT equipment properly and with care.
- Follow directions for utilizing any additional company equipment as needed.
