Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Pryor, as the Truck Driver :
- Follow Cascades safety policies and procedures, including Cascades Values
- Operating machinery such as: shuttle trucks, clamp trucks and forklifts
- Scanning and loading products and shuttling trailers between facilities
- Lift, stack and unstack articles and materials using electric & propane powered truck
- Ensure goods are stored in the correct area of the warehouse
- Load transport vehicles making sure loads are evenly and securely placed
- Maintaining high standards of quality for finished products not allowing the customer to receive damaged goods
- Ensure completion of all daily and weekly required tasks
- Comfortable performing random cycle counts, preloads, housekeeping, weekly forklift assignments
- Complete a minimum of one quality safety interaction, per rotation
- Report to your crew lead any issues, conflicts or needs

- Current Class ACDL License is required
- Must be able to work some evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to work in a positive team environment
- Capable of following all the designated traffic patterns
- Proficiency with computer programs
- Self-initiative to stay on task and be proactive
- Detail orientated and ability to perform all work duties
- Ability to follow all material handling guidelines
- Maintain good attendance
- Must be able to walk/stand for majority of shift (10-12 hours)
- Must be able to lift between 50-70 lbs
