Job Overview:

The Traffic Manager at Overit will be responsible for overseeing the workflow and ensuring efficient coordination of all creative, marketing, and production projects within the agency. You will act as the key liaison between the creative, account management, and production teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Scheduling: Manage and prioritize the workflow of all projects across the agency, ensuring timely delivery of work. You’ll oversee schedules, deadlines, and capacity planning.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to distribute tasks, adjust workloads, and maintain project momentum.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential roadblocks or conflicts and proactively find solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on the status of projects. Ensure all teams are aware of deadlines and deliverables.
  • Resource Allocation: Assign resources to projects based on skill sets, capacity, and deadlines. Work to prevent over-allocation and manage team bandwidth effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine workflow processes to increase efficiency, optimize resource management, and ensure high-quality output.
  • Reporting: Track and report project progress, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Traffic Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in an agency or marketing environment.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Workamajig, Productive, Forecast or similar software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience working in a creative or marketing agency is a plus.
