Company Overview
As a Supply Chain Trade Counter Demand Planner, reporting to the Category Supply Manager, you’ll be responsible for optimising our store replenishment system to maximise the availability of our products for our customers to fulfil our \”100% available from stock\” promise.
With a keen interest in data and a passion for analysis, you will play an integral part in the supply chain team. You’ll work closely with the Distribution Centre Planner to understand future promotional and category plans, ensuring stores launch with the appropriate stock levels and are set up for success.
Here in our supply chain team, you’ll be part of a fast-paced community where every day is different, with clearly defined availability targets and objectives providing the opportunity to shine as an individual and a category team.
We believe that a hybrid, flexible working approach offers you – and your colleagues – the best of both worlds. Face-to-face collaboration is an integral part of our warm, friendly culture, so you’ll work from our head office three days a week, working flexibly around our core working hours of 10am-3pm. Beyond that, how, when and where you work is up to you. With a subsidised canteen, free parking and a comfortable, relaxed environment, we’ve worked hard to build an office you’ll want to work in. We also know that, when it comes to school pick-ups and home deliveries, it’s nice to have the flexibility to do both.
