Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of tools, parts, and equipment.
- Order necessary tools and materials as required.
- Distribute tools and parts to employees while ensuring proper tracking and accountability.
- Record and monitor tool and part usage within the system.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage orders, handle returns, and respond to product inquiries.
- Ensure proper storage of tools to prevent damage or loss.
- Conduct routine stock checks and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer systems for inventory tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move materials (up to 30 lbs.) as needed.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
