Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a territory management plan to drive sales growth.
- Identify and establish new customer accounts while strengthening relationships with existing clients to expand product sales.
- Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape to uncover new business opportunities.
- Serve as the primary sales contact for customers, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to develop sales programs and promotional strategies that enhance revenue growth.
- Manage and relay key customer insights to internal teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within CRM/ERP systems.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the Sales Leadership team.
- Act as the voice of the customer, offering feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product offerings, value propositions, and market trends to effectively position solutions.
- Partner with the marketing team to introduce new products and initiatives that boost market share and brand awareness.
- Perform additional tasks and special assignments as directed by the sales leadership team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 4+ years of proven success in sales territory development.
