Job Description
We are seeking a Territory Manager who will play a crucial role in driving sales of our loupes and light systems with superior magnification and resolution to healthcare clinicians while building and maintaining relationships in the following areas in England:
- London & South East
- East Anglia

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Strategically develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goal.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in assigned territory to become a trusted advisor and support company branding efforts.
- Utilize CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.
- Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support sales.
- Deliver product presentations, and demonstrations, and provide post-sale technical support to healthcare clinicians.
- Identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory.
- Collaborate with various departments including Customer Care, Technical Support, and Manufacturing to ensure prompt and quality customer service is provided.
- Contribute to product innovation by obtaining insight from healthcare clinicians and working with others and contributing new ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional material.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings to provide valuable insights to the management team.
- Attend dental trade shows and academia events to promote and sell products.
- Travels domestically (ground/air) up to 50%.Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience required in dental or medical sector.
Skills And Abilities
- Ability to travel up to 50% via land or air required.
- Ability to learn business systems (i.e. CRM software and other sales tools) required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness required.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
- Valid driver’s license required
- Fluent level of the English language
