About the job
Do you want to develop in an international and dynamic company with innovative products? Are you passionate about sales and do you want to decide your salary based on your own performance? Then SIXT is the right place for you! We are looking for a well-qualified UK Telesales Agent – Hunter for our SME Accounts. (competitive basic salary of £27k with a realistic OTE of £42k). In this role you will be the mobility expert and consultant for our corporate customers, and you will acquire new corporate customers for SIXT. We are looking forward to your application!
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You are responsible for the acquisition of corporate customers
- You create and negotiate offers for tailored mobility solutions and you bring these to closure
- You are the mobility expert and consultant for our corporate customers
- You are responsible for a significant portfolio of new customers
- You continuously improve existing sales process and find ways to optimize everyday routines
Your Skills Matter
- You have ideally a university degree or relevant work experience in sales or account management
- You are passionate about sales and able to convince with your sales skills
- You are empathetic and are able to recognize complex customer needs and match those with suitable offers for our solutions
- You love challenges, sales is your passion and you are motivated by targets
- You are familiar with MS Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- You are structured and communicative, and you appear confident on the phone
- You have strong analytical skills and are good at prioritizing and solving problems
