Technical Customer Support Representative – Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Assist holidaymakers via email, phone, and live chat before, during, and after bookings.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to our booking platform and integrations.
  • Support campsite managers with queries and provide expert guidance.
  • Deliver fast and efficient resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Handle complaints professionally and resolve complex problems.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation projects.

Skills & Experience Needed for a Technical Customer Support Representative

  • Proven multi-channel customer service experience (email, phone, chat).
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Background in e-commerce, travel, or marketplace platforms preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (fluency in French or Spanish is a plus).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
  • Comfortable with remote work; must have reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
