Working on behalf of a multi-billion-dollar manufacturing holding company, we are conducting a search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the corporate recruiting team. You will play a pivotal role in driving their go-to-market strategy by being part of a dynamic world-class talent acquisition team! Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition you will collaborate with internal hiring partners at corporate and stakeholders at the subsidiary manufacturing companies on strategic and tactical recruitment for professional level, exempt and non-exempt positions through creative sourcing strategies, candidate identification and presentation that co-insides with the organizations strategic plan! This role will have full candidate life cycle responsibilities, from job description to candidates first day on the job.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owning the full recruitment life cycle from intake to research, sourcing to interviewing to closing for a variety of open positions for professional levels roles.
- Partnering with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proactively researchers and evaluates new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.
- Building strong partnerships with company leadership to understand business needs and talent requirements.
- Participates in skill development and team-building programs; collaborates with Lead Recruiters and VP, Talent Acquisition to create protocols for recruitment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Undergraduate degree with at least 4 years of professional recruitment, either in a corporate setting or third-party firm responsible for a variety of professional level disciplines. Must have a deep understanding of recruiting strategies and metrics. Demonstrated history of sourcing and building pipelines, including candidate identification and cold calling for passive candidates. Other attributes include:

- Must be able to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Office located downtown Houston.
