Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory at both the product and item level, ensuring optimal availability while aligning with organizational goals.
  • Supply Chain Execution: Implement resupply plans in coordination with local and global packaging and distribution teams.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Partner with Manufacturing Planning and the Global Supply Chain Team to support global service levels, inventory objectives, and resolve supply chain challenges.
  • Demand & Operations Planning: Contribute to the monthly planning process, providing key insights and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Support new product launches, oversee inventory throughout the product lifecycle, and manage discontinuations effectively.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize business analytics tools to monitor resupply priorities and ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance resupply policies, drive efficiency, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Proactively engage with internal teams and external partners to identify risks, capitalize on opportunities, and drive strategic alignment.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Represent Supply Chain Planning in change management and process enhancement projects.
  • Best Practices & Support: Provide guidance on planning strategies and industry best practices, ensuring effective execution.
  • Issue Resolution: Address inventory, transactional, and system discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Strategic Insights: Bridge the gap between business processes and planning system configurations, offering actionable recommendations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to inventory policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Travel Requirement

  • Up to 5% domestic and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret and utilize data from multiple sources.
  • Experience working with ERP and Planning Systems (Oracle, Logility, or o9 preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Ability to work independently while also excelling in a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.
