Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to business teams, providing data-driven insights and proactive recommendations through regular engagement.
- Support forecasting processes by analyzing data, documenting assumptions, refining models, and making operational adjustments.
- Utilize analytical and database skills to develop reports and perform in-depth analysis for partner teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish key performance metrics, track progress, and measure results.
- Automate reporting processes, designing, developing, and maintaining streamlined solutions for frequently used reports.
- Oversee data flow from data warehouses to visualization tools, conducting data auditing and troubleshooting as needed.
- Manage existing suites of automated reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address business questions and generate insightful data sets.
- Develop clear and engaging presentations, translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) or a Business Analyst role, with expertise in dashboard development, reporting, and data warehousing.
- Proven ability to forecast product sales and enhance forecast model inputs.
- Strong expertise in SQL, relational databases, data warehousing, and automation.
- Experience working with large datasets and optimizing data retrieval.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, with the ability to create interactive reports, complex dashboards, and custom KPIs.
- Skilled at translating analytical findings into meaningful insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Quick to adapt and learn new systems and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in extracting, cleaning, and integrating data from multiple systems for analysis.
- Strong foundation in industry best practices and a track record of working effectively within established procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a related technical field.
