Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Oversee daily team activities, ensuring priority tasks are completed within deadlines. Remove obstacles, provide coaching, and deliver feedback to drive continuous improvement. Observe training sessions to offer performance-based insights and strategic recommendations. Guide the team through escalations, process updates, and project inquiries.
  • Training & Facilitation: Lead large-scale training initiatives, including software implementations, new programs, and ongoing development workshops. Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between stakeholders and the department. Develop learning materials such as guides, job aids, audiovisual content, and interactive training exercises. Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions using various formats, including simulations, group discussions, and hands-on activities.
  • Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Manage pre- and post-training administrative tasks, including coordinating onboarding with recruitment teams, scheduling sessions, and sending invitations. Track and assess learning outcomes, behavior changes, and performance improvements. Conduct post-training surveys, analyze retention rates (30-60-90 day assessments), and measure the impact of training initiatives. Develop coaching and follow-up training plans based on results.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Review recorded calls to evaluate accuracy, policy adherence, and customer service effectiveness. Provide feedback to employees and recommend improvements. Participate in monthly Quality Assurance meetings to ensure training content aligns with evaluation standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, communication, business, or a related field OR a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a training role.
  • At least three (3) years of experience delivering virtual training programs.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of content development experience, including video tutorial creation using tools like Camtasia or other screen capture software (preferred).
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Proven experience facilitating both in-person and virtual classroom training.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
  • Understanding of compliance and audit requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with Office 365 experience preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Strong public-speaking, classroom management, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure timely execution of creative and instructional initiatives.
