About the job
Our client is a Mid-size CPA firm (130 people & growing) in Dallas, TX, looking for a talented Audit Supervising Senior to join its team of tight-knit professionals. This will be a Hybrid Opportunity, 2 to 3 days in office at their headquarters in North Dallas, TX.
The Firm works with the highest-level clients in the Construction, Energy & Natural Resources, ERISA, Healthcare, High Net-Worth Family Office, Non-Profit, or Real Estate industries across both Domestic and International fronts.
They are known for offering an exceptional Work-Life Balance, which is heavily emphasized within their culture (see hours below). The firm is unique because they serve the more prominent players in the industry, similar to the Big 4 Firms, however, the difference is you don’t have to work Big 4 hours!!!

Benefits Include:
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

Hours:
- Every other Friday off during the summer!!!
- Busy Season Hours: 50-60 hours/week
- Regular Season Hours: 40-45 hours/week
- Hybrid Schedule (2-3 days in office per week)
