Job Description Manage construction schedules for multiple single-family homes at different stages of construction. Ensure the timely delivery of materials to job sites in accordance with the schedule. Communicate with all designated parties regarding the status of scheduled closings and walk-throughs. Conduct daily quality control inspections on all homes under construction to ensure all work complies with plans and quality standards. Deliver all homes within the established timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction schedules for multiple single-family homes at different stages of construction.
- Order materials to ensure their timely delivery to job sites in accordance with scheduling.
- Communicate with all designated parties regarding the status of scheduled closings and walk-throughs.
- Conduct quality control inspections on all homes under construction on a daily basis to ensure all work is in compliance with plans and up to quality standards.
- Deliver all homes within the established timeframes.
- Conduct on-site safety and construction meetings on an established basis.
- Start and close the number of homes designated in the business plan on a monthly basis.
- Inspect all trade contractor work and supplier deliveries prior to approving invoices for payment.
