The Student Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the administration and integration of new students into Ivy Rehab. This is a great opportunity to become part of a dynamic team that is passionate about partnering with students to make sure they have an exceptional onboarding experience which may lead to full time employment at Ivy Rehab once they graduate. This is a fully remote position. Our corporate office is located in White Plains, NY.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Proactively collaborate with students and hiring managers and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain constant communication with students and hiring manager to avoid onboarding delays.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new students and address their questions.
  • Coordinate and conduct new teammate orientation (NTO).
  • Deliver an exceptional new student experience by providing pre and post hire check-in with teammates.
  • Respond to SupportHub tickets and troubleshoot level 1 Workday/HR questions.
  • Run basic reports in Workday to assist in monitoring and auditing new hire onboarding tasks
  • As capacity permits, support the broader HR organization with items including but not limited to:
  • Assist with EEO-1 and Bureau of Labor Statistics government reporting. Complete employment verification requests and employment verification letters as requested. Assist HRBP with reports such as exit interview surveys, annual pulse survey, etc.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field plus 1-2 years of experience onboarding students or interns

  • Knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
