Responsibilities

Build and deepen relationships within the existing client base to uncover new verticals and expansion opportunities that drive greater value.

Represent Notable in key client meetings—including Quarterly Business Reviews, Joint Operating Committees, and strategic sessions—with senior leadership to ensure alignment and identify growth opportunities.

Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, including stakeholder mapping and relationship strategies, to create a strong network of advocates aligned with client priorities and goals.

Manage the full sales cycle for expansion opportunities, from discovery and stakeholder engagement to negotiation and contract closure.

Establish and continuously improve account management processes to ensure strong relationship continuity, client retention, and long-term growth.

Maintain a learning mindset—regularly collecting and sharing client feedback to help improve Notable’s products, services, and overall impact.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, deployment, marketing, and solutions teams to drive product and service evolution.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales or strategic account management.

Proven success in managing large-scale customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering on commercial targets.

Experience working in a SaaS company within the healthcare industry.

Strong track record of revenue growth and retention in strategic accounts.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all organizational levels.

Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to build consensus among senior stakeholders.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%.
