Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion across various verticals.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, Joint Operating Committees, and executive meetings to ensure strategic alignment, provide product education, and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder mapping and account strategies to build a network of key contacts and advocates, aligning with client priorities and driving account growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities and engaging key stakeholders to negotiating contracts and finalizing agreements with existing partners.
  • Establish and refine account management processes to enhance long-term client relationships, ensuring retention and continuous growth.
  • Maintain a learning mindset, bringing client feedback to product and solutions teams to enhance Notable’s offerings and deliver superior outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, deployment, marketing, and solutions teams to evolve our products and services in alignment with market needs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare sales or strategic account management at the enterprise level.
  • Strong ability to understand enterprise customer needs and translate them into actionable business goals.
  • Experience working in SaaS companies within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven success in meeting commercial targets, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer retention.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and articulation skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to make strategic recommendations and gain consensus from senior-level stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.
