Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Retail Director, you will showcase exceptional sales leadership by building strong client portfolios, driving repeat purchases, and maximizing cross-selling opportunities. You will optimize sales floor management to seize every business opportunity while ensuring an outstanding client experience remains the top priority at all times.
As a Store Manager, you will identify business growth opportunities and implement strategies to achieve your store’s goals. You will be directly responsible for driving business performance, overseeing store operations, and managing the budget. With a passion for leadership and talent development, you will recruit, train, and inspire highly motivated and engaged teams. You will provide ongoing feedback to support their personal growth and create detailed development plans to advance their careers.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a sophisticated, client-focused retail environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about being present on the sales floor, thriving on direct interaction with both the team and clients.
The selected candidate will receive an annual salary between USD $135,000 – $150,000, along with the opportunity for a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discounts/perks, and two retirement plans with employer contributions.
