What You Can Expect:

Your Profile:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of five years of specialty retail management experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Solid business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- In-depth knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and mediation skills.

Compensation:
The expected base salary range for this role is $75,000 – $79,000. Offers are determined based on various factors, including skills, experience, education, certifications, and market considerations. While offers typically do not reach the top of the range, competitive compensation reflects individual qualifications and business needs.
