Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Eden Prairie, MN. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store staff, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining effective communication within the store.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
- Proven experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
