What You’ll Do:
- Drive store success by achieving company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead a well-organized, efficient business by managing operations, including company policies, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
- Recruit, develop, and train top talent with a strong focus on sales, customer engagement, and fashion.
- Set the standard for The Torrid Connection, ensuring the team delivers an exceptional shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, inviting, and inspiring store environment.
- Maintain open communication with the District Manager and corporate teams to align with company goals and initiatives.
What You’ll Need:
- 1-2 years of specialty or apparel retail management experience with a track record of leading successful teams.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (a college degree is a plus).
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Adaptability to the ever-changing world of retail and fashion, with flexibility in job duties, scheduling, and challenges.
- A passion for fashion and staying up to date with the latest trends.
Physical Requirements (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs and handle store fixtures.
- Ability to reach and retrieve merchandise using tools such as ladders, step stools, and merchandise poles.
