Key Responsibilities

- Ensure outstanding customer service at all times.
- Oversee store presentation and merchandising per Head Office guidelines.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
- Manage compliance, paperwork, and operational procedures.
- Drive and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
