About the Role:
Job Type: Full-time
We are currently hiring for an Entry level Sales recruiter to generate business to business sales. Candidates should have a passion for customer service and the ability to communicate effectively. We are looking for this person to represent and market our Staffing Firm to prospective NEW CLIENT COMPANIES that utilize Temporary, Temp/Hire, Contract and Permanent placement. Engage and build strong, lasting relationships with the decision makers. Will train right individuals with a passion to learn. Income potential is unlimited….Salary plus commission. Responsibilities:
- Generate business to business sales
- Engage with potential clients
- Promote products
- Build strong relationships to drive sales growth
- Represent and market the Staffing Firm to prospective NEW CLIENT COMPANIES
- Engage and build strong, lasting relationships with decision makers
Education details:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit a must
- Superior sales, communication and negotiating skills
- Must be customer service focused, team oriented and goal driven
- Knowledge and experience using social media
- Ability to work well under pressure in an environment with ever changing priorities and multiple group dynamics
- The ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines
Compensation:
