Key Responsibilities
Data-Driven Product Decisions
- Utilize product analytics, data tools, and emerging trends to generate insights.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and structure reports for product enhancements.
- Support product optimization by applying modern research methodologies.
Driving Customer/Client Needs
- Research and validate customer pain points to design impactful solutions.
- Create customer journey maps and optimize touchpoints for satisfaction.
- Implement design thinking principles to enhance user experiences.
Product Roadmap & Development
- Build and manage a product roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead product rollout strategies using an MVP approach and iterative enhancements.
Product Vision & Strategy
- Identify market opportunities and develop long-term product strategies.
- Leverage insights from competitive analysis and industry trends.
- Communicate product vision effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Influencing & Building Stakeholder Consensus
- Present insights, strategies, and product roadmaps in stakeholder meetings.
- Influence decision-making by effectively communicating product priorities.
- Foster collaboration between engineering, marketing, and leadership teams.
Technology Orientation & Domain Expertise
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to drive innovation and feasibility assessments.

Compensation Details
- San Bruno, CA: $143,000 – $286,000 per year
- Bentonville, AR: $110,000 – $220,000 per year
- Additional annual/quarterly performance bonuses
Qualifications for Staff, Product Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of experience.
- Option 2: 9+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience in building large-scale B2B/B2C products with complex features.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.2 AA standards).
