Key Responsibilities of Staff, Product Manager
- Develop & enhance InfoSec products by managing roadmaps, analyzing customer insights, and executing rollout strategies.
- Define vision & strategy, leveraging industry best practices and market trends.
- Prioritize feature development based on customer engagement and usability feedback.
- Create standardized documentation for all customer-facing deliverables.
- Conduct industry & competitive analysis to refine product offerings.

Locations & Salary
- Reston, VA: $132,000 – $264,000
- Bentonville, AR: $110,000 – $220,000
- Additional performance-based bonuses & stock options available.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field + 7 years’ product management experience OR 9 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree + experience in B2B/B2C product management, digital accessibility, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
