Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment goals, techniques, and home exercises to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in community outreach or wellness programs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and team members.
• A patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering personalized care.
• Prior experience in outpatient or small-practice settings is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
