Lead as a Staff Pharmacist & Optimize Patient Care
As a Staff Pharmacist at Sam’s Club, you play a crucial role in providing expert pharmacy services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a high-performing pharmacy team. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to patient care, safety, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and dispense prescription medications while ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Provide professional medication counseling to members, offering guidance on dosage, side effects, and interactions.
- Administer immunizations and contribute to public health initiatives as per state guidelines.
- Mentor, train, and supervise pharmacy associates to maintain a high-quality customer experience.
- Implement operational strategies to optimize pharmacy performance, manage inventory, and drive sales growth.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records in accordance with federal and company policies.
- Foster collaboration with healthcare professionals to enhance service quality and patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Active pharmacy license (or ability to obtain one by the job start date).
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
