Main duties of the job
- To ensure that an individual programme of care is planned, implemented and evaluated for each patient within own sphere of responsibility.
- To work as part of multidisciplinary team ensuring the delivery of a high standard of care to the patients.
- Ensure all patients receive a high standard of care in line with evidence based practice.
- Ensure adherence to Trust/Local policies, guidelines and other legislation and support National and local initiatives and adhere to NMC Code of Professional conduct at all times.
- Take part in rotation through all areas of the department and across the two sites to meet the needs of the service which currently covers the hours between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm
