Are you a driven accounting professional seeking to make an impact in a dynamic, innovative environment? Our client, a leader in smart glass technology, is hiring a Staff Accountant to support their financial operations and help drive their success.
What You’ll Do
As a Staff Accountant, you’ll take on diverse and impactful responsibilities, including:
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial analysis.
- Overseeing month-end/year-end processes, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Supporting cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP manufacturing systems.
- Driving process improvements, ensuring alignment with internal controls, and participating in key project initiatives.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and provide timely financial insights to help leadership make data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Bring
- Education & Experience: Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field preferred. CMA certification is a plus.
- Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong interpersonal communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Background: Experience in manufacturing accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems is highly desired
