Responsibilities

Design & Development: Engage in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.

Quality Enhancement: Continuously improve software quality by integrating new libraries, tools, and technologies.

Code Reviews: Participate in daily code reviews, ensuring high standards and knowledge sharing.

Problem Solving: Develop efficient and scalable solutions to complex technical challenges.

Agile Environment: Excel in an agile setting where teamwork, creativity, and innovation drive success.

Collaboration: Work closely with product teams and collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams.
Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in backend software development.

Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Adaptability: Eager and capable of learning new tools and technologies quickly.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Cloud & CI/CD Knowledge: Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes (EKS preferred). Understanding of Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Event Streaming: Experience with event streaming platforms like Kafka is a plus.

Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Charging Station Management Systems and familiarity with charging protocols like OCPP and OCPI is advantageous.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
