This is a right to hire position, with an hourly pay rate of $60-65/hour, and $130-140k salary if converted.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior React Developer with a proven record of accomplishment in developing commercial-grade web applications with outstanding UI design. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain commercial-grade web applications with a focus on excellent UI/UX.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features tailored to the grocery retail industry.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Develop and integrate RESTful WebAPIs into Web Applications.
- Work with SQL Server for database development and management.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
- Monitor and optimize application performance and reliability.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in JavaScript frameworks like React.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior React Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React.
- Extensive experience with RESTful WebAPIs and SQL Server development.
- Solid understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of Microservice architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement high-quality UI/UX.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud services and deployment (Azure, Azure DevOps).
