Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Lead the creation of integrated marketing programs to enhance brand positioning and drive marketing-generated revenue.
- Craft compelling messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for JLL’s solutions, ensuring consistency with the company’s value proposition.
- Identify market opportunities to expand into new accounts, optimize cross-selling/up-selling efforts, and map high-priority products/services by target customer segments.
- Manage marketing budgets, including vendor payments, invoice tracking, and spend allocation.
- Stay informed on market trends and act as a subject matter expert to address evolving client needs.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to execute marketing strategies through webinars, podcasts, videos, social media, events, speaking engagements, and media interviews.
- Lead the creation of high-quality industry content such as client case studies, white papers, blogs, videos, and sponsored content.
- Work with business, product, and sales leaders to develop yearlong campaign themes and ensure consistent messaging.
- Partner with local and business line marketing teams to optimize and leverage industry campaigns effectively.
- Enhance and measure the effectiveness of JLL’s digital presence, including website performance and campaign impact.
- Serve as a point of escalation for campaign planning, development, and execution.
- Develop or refine buyer personas to better target industry-specific audiences.
- Collaborate with sales enablement and marketing operations to activate lower-funnel sales initiatives through tailored content.
- Create and distribute internal marketing materials to align stakeholders with industry strategies and vision.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and executing B2B strategic marketing plans, spanning brand awareness to demand generation.
- Strong ability to align product launches with broader organizational marketing goals.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, with skills in listening, probing, and interpreting business needs.
- Strong executive presence, creative marketing writing, and presentation abilities.
- Expertise in working with cross-functional teams and influencing strategic decisions.
- Effective project management skills to prioritize high-impact initiatives and manage complex projects.
- Proficiency in analyzing market insights from various data sources to drive marketing decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of supporting sales teams and exceeding pipeline/revenue targets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, web analytics, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong customer- and market-driven approach, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
