About the Job

Sabre seeks a Senior Manager, Content Marketing to lead the development and execution of content strategies promoting Sabre’s technology and services across digital and offline channels. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with strong storytelling skills and a proven track record in content creation, including event presentations, white papers, blogs, videos, and eBooks. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful content aligned with Sabre’s business objectives. The position can be based in Southlake, Texas, or Richmond, UK.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of content creators, developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy, creating high-quality content for various channels, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and measuring content impact using analytics tools.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required (Master’s preferred), along with 10+ years of experience in content development and strategic communications (preferably in technology, with travel technology experience a plus). 5+ years of leadership experience in matrixed organizations, preferably large multinational companies with geographically dispersed teams, are also necessary. Proven experience driving content strategy across multiple business/product lines and creating compelling content across various formats and channels is essential. Strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent writing/editing/storytelling skills, proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot), strong project management skills, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills are also required.
