Role Responsibilities

  • Optimize Operations: Maintain peak efficiency by following standard procedures and leveraging problem-solving skills.
  • Swift Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and address system, logic, or physical issues that may impact throughput.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure compliance with First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) principles through close system monitoring.
  • Quality Control: Oversee product quarantine and inspections as required by the factory.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Team Leaders, Warehouse Administration, ASRS Specialists, Warehouse Technicians, Production Personnel, Operations Planning Management, and QA, as well as a broader network of peers across factories and Headquarters support staff.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Lead or participate in shift handover meetings to ensure seamless transitions.
    • Engage in lean methodologies to eliminate waste and drive operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate across departments to support ongoing process improvements.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum two years in manufacturing, warehouse operations, production, logistics, military, or a related field.
  • Work Schedule: Must be available for 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule.
