Join the Fight Against Cybercrime
We are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our Customer Operations team as a Security Operations Analyst. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in defending against cybercriminals—analyzing customer traffic, detecting and mitigating threats, and making the internet a safer place.
What You’ll Do:

Analyze customer traffic to identify threats and false positives using ElasticSearch and BigQuery (SQL).

Provide Tier 2 technical support, responding to security incidents in real-time.

Collaborate directly with customers, delivering insightful incident reports and resolutions.

Work cross-functionally with R&D and Research teams to enhance threat detection and mitigation strategies.

Design and implement automation projects for internal use.

Participate in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as part of a 24/7 security operation.
Who You Are:

An effective communicator, especially in written customer interactions.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about cybersecurity.

Experienced (3–5 years) in cybersecurity roles, particularly in threat detection and response.

Skilled in large-scale data analysis, statistical evaluation, and deriving meaningful insights.

Familiar with web architecture, protocols, and security concepts (CDN, HTML, DOM, JavaScript, HTTP/HTTPS, IPv4/IPv6, etc.).

Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with complex datasets.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Work Schedule & Flexibility
This is a hybrid role based in our New York, NY office.

Screen Time Requirement: Active engagement on-screen for six hours, three days per week.

Night Shift: One night shift per week, scheduled based on team needs.

Weekend Shifts: Two per month, on a rotating basis.

Flexible Hours: Outside of core commitments, you’ll have flexibility in structuring your work schedule.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000 (including potential bonuses, stock options, and incentives).
